    Cheap if you do it yourself, just bearings and oil and a new snout isolator.

    If you do it yourself you can do it for a few hundred bucks I think, but most people send them out to be rebuilt and can cost you upwards of a grand.

    for sure. Of course, no one selling a supercharger ever alludes to the 'unofficial' rabbit hole of having to modify things to get it running well or running better, lol. Although since this comes with the TRD 7th injector it would hopefully not need anything else. Maybe an AFR gauge to make it more of a complete setup.

    It's only money, you're young you'll make more.

    I dunno if an upgraded fuel pump is necessary with the TRD 7th....the URD 7th comes with a 190 fuel pump so that might be something to consider with that used setup.

    also cooler spark plugs....ik22's IIRC

    Yes 100% you should upgrade the stock pump, and if possible avoid the Walbros. One step cooler plugs is a must, two steps for higher boost.

    unfortunately that's what the URD kit comes with...but oddly enough my Walboro stopped whining like a stuck pig maybe 6 months ago, even when it was hot out. It still has the audible "hiss" but I think that's somewhat normal...the whining definitely used to worry me. Dunno why it resolved itself but I guess I'll stop worrying about it for now lol

    Oh man you should hear the Walbro 550 that was in my buddy's Z, it was lousder than the straight piped engine at an idle. He's running dual Aeromotive 450s now and you can't even hear them.

    Almost every Walbro I have installed died in less than a year. Especially if the car sat unused for a while.

    damn I can imagine, that's a big pump. When mine was loudest I could hear it from inside the cab while driving with the windows up, and my truck isn't exactly quiet with the TRD headers. Is Aeromotive the same as AEM? I was thinking about switching to one of their pumps back when I was worried about my Walboro crapping out.
