Yup. I want you to take a look at the CVs though. Internally they’re fine, the housings are a bit crusty though. I have a disassembled set too with one good axle shaft and 3 of 4 boots. The disassembled ones need new seals as well.

PM me to check’m out if you like.

    Spindles are perfect

Mine's currently fine, but like everything else it will eventually rust out, and I'd rather replace with oem rather than auto parts store cheap stuff that won't last half as long. When I bought it it was only two years old and there were cat backs being sold here cheap or even free as people got trd cat backs and stuff like that. Should have grabbed one then. Been hoping to luck into a cheap one in someone's way I could toss in the basement until needed.

I think they’re 409 stainless. Should last longer than the rest of the truck.

The question now is, where did you move the fuse to and how much will a new fuse cost?

    I imagine the Universal joints.

The Marlin and Tacoma chain driven case have been proven to hold up to a lot more than I’ll ever throw at them.

Either that, or the ring gear still.

I got a response from Diamond. Just to let people know that they did not leave me hanging in the end.

“We likely typo'd the email address.
What were you looking for a quote on, and Ill get it right over!”

I responded that I’d already purchased an axle assembly but I would pass along whatever info he’d like me to.

    His reply:

“9.5" I can do 35 spline in either custom ARB locker, or a spool.
I can do 32 spline in few gear ratios
30 spline I can hit and retain sensors in a semi float application, using either stock Tacoma shafts and drums or stock fjc/4runner/gx470 shafts and disks, parking brake, and retain sensors.
We are getting close on custom width, retaining sensors front and rear, etc, with 1st production run in process currently, testing is completely done.”

I originally asked about a 9.5, so that’s the info I was given.

He didn’t give me a price, but since I’ve already ordered something, I’m not concerned with what the price would be.

So if your staying IFS do you plan on getting the rcv front axles? Seems like now that your bullet proof in the back and wanting too step up to a bigger tire those front cv's are going to be popping often

Edit: Send me a message. I originally reached out to you after that scumbag sold the parts you gifted to him.

Did;t you say you still got 30 spline shafts with the dana 60? I'd bet on those or the T-case. Ive seen plenty of busted t-case parts on pirate4x4

The lines are a smoke casing over stainless if I recall correctly.

I don’t know. I can’t afford to do anything to the front right now after all of this TBH. I do carry two spare CVs however.

One step at a time. Or four. Not five though. That’s right out.
