Brother and his family got out ok. Said his house is likely gone but no way to know for sure. Hoping for a miracle for all involved

 

That sucks but a house can be rebuilt as long as the family is safe that’s what matters.

Thanks all we got out to safe ground have no word on my house or Tacoma. For now we are safe. Got a place to stay for a few days in Chester. Chico Oroville and everything else is a mad house. Love coming to Chester but not like this.

 

Lots of people not heard from this waiting with not word really takes a toll on a person. Hope you get word soon.

Out here in Rohnert Park they canceled all classes at Sonoma state after 4pm today and we got updated they may shut off power at some point to try and prevent power lines from starting another fire down here! Praying for everyone involved!

Really hated to hear I had to go home then got almost there and had to turn back. I just couldn't get there fast enough to be safe and now all the things we've worked so hard for have gone.
My wife and children are safe. That's the reality of the situation. This is now hitting home or at least our hearts and minds. We have loved ones safe and out of danger. I'm not a godly Man, however today I did pray for their safety and they're safe. I am now thankful. Material items will be replaced. We all need some things in life to get the point of what matters most.

Geez I sound like I'm rambling.
Anyway we are trucking on and going to work tomorrow. We have to start over somewhere. We are starting tomorrow!

 

Same at Chico. My neighbor's kid is an RA and they've started evac at the outer edges of the school.
