Haha Alec told me about the missing plastic bag when you guys finished up. Going to try and avoid that! Do you think i need to change the diff fluid or just top it off? It was just changed 5,000 miles ago.

 

He gets a company car now, no need for an extra one with a payment.

Turn lane from Santa Fe onto Hampden.. In my defense I was behind a semi, just turned yellow as I was turning left into the intersection, semi has to slow waaaay down from merging cars turning right from the other side and got me stuck in the middle so the picture is me, sitting there while the turning arrow is of course red because I had no where to go. Can't exactly fight a photo though video would show it wasn't really my fault

 

That intersection suck ass!!!

 

My wife had something similar to that happen once and she was able explain how her visibility was blocked by the truck. They dismissed it

Wife got one awhile back in my car, they sent the ticket to me, I returned it saying I was not driving and she was. Nothing ever happened, must have been dismissed

I remember the discussion. I guess I could have tried to dispute but sometimes more trouble than it's worth.

I actually had a terrible experience when I was 19 or so when I got a speeding ticket from Douglas County. Paid the ticket online, over a year later I was pulled over because of a brake light out and they said my license was suspended for unpaid tickets. It was the night of my 21st bday btw and they had to take my ID with them and had no other picture ID. Well I went to court, proved I paid the ticket over a year later with a bank statement. They cleared it but because it was technically over a year with driving on a suspended license I had to retake my written and driving test and pay to reinstate my license plus court costs. I was too young to understand anything about fighting something like that so I just paid it moved on.

 

I wouldn't use too young, just unaware of the craziness associated with any gov't entity so you choose the best path to a solution.

Even today this is the best solution because there is no "winning" it when it comes to dealing with Gov't organizations.

To top it off, just like me, you then signed your life away to get a truly full baptism of how screwed up the Gov't "ways" is via the Army... That when I learned there is a Right way, A wrong way and the ARMY way to do just about anything.
