    Tasteful modifications :)
So I have two 6 inch led bars for my 97 tacoma. They’re a flush fit type, so they fit perfect where my front turn signal lights currently go. I’m just wondering if I can wire them to be flood lights when I need them to be flood lights, and then have them act as turn signals when I’m not using them? I know it sounds dumb, but I think it will look cool if I can get it done.

Yep, just need to wire a few diodes in,4 to be exact.
Did it on my fog lights.

    Here's a quick diagram I made up.

Fog lights would override the turn, so would need to keep that in mind.

Do you think you could give me a list of what I need? I already have a wiring harness with two leads, but I’m not all that good with electrical stuff so I may need some help, lol

I soldered my own, but you could use 2 of these to make it easier.

I updated my drawing for if you wanted to use the Roadmasters diode.

Connect the positive side of the light to the output of the Roadmasters.
Connect the switched power wire for the foglights to one input on each Roadmaster.
Connect the L Turn to the other input on the left side Roadmaster.
Connect the R Turn to the other input on the right side Roadmaster.Fog Turn2.jpg
    Hope this helps.

Sorry to bring back up this old thread but I was just needing some clarification. It was stated that "Fog lights would override the turn signal" and i'm just wanting to know if this means the turn signal wont work when the fog has power or am I just reading that wrong? I'm wanting my led pods to have DRL function and also blinker.

Please do not do this. Use real turn signals as turn signals, and use different lamps for accessort/auxiliary lighting.
