Working over 37 years of night shift or rotating shift work I have become tired of it!





























Sorry, my rant is over I still have 4 years until retirement!

 

Lol, wasn’t the rotating shifts that did the damage. It was Farming!

I’ve worked rotating shifts ‘bout the same length of time & there’s nothin wrong with Me. Lol

 

Nope I’m pretty sure it’s the watching the water boil job.


But at least I’m not freezing my ass off in Canada!

We are closing in on an all time record rainfall for a calendar year.

Oh well. Whatta ya gonna do....?

 

We had snow overnight, but only an inch. Supposed to be 15 degrees tonight with a 25 mph wind then warm back up.

 

I’ve got crop circles around my eyes. Been a long night. And I don’t feel a thing cuz Canadian

 

Calling for flurries here around 3AM Saturday morning. I will sleep through that hopefully.

 

What we still can retire? I thought i was just going from a full time job to working at wall mart.

 

Retire date set. August 5th, 2019. I will work SOME (maybe) in a consultant mode....Or not. Never saw myself sitting on the porch rocker doing nothing. That view is starting to come into focus.

Traveling and camping, yes. Working and fighting rush hour traffic? Not so much.

Tonight's plan. Leave work, go home, get shed of the uniform, go eat (yet to be determined) come home, fire up bonfire, get , Get , and fall asleep early. Some thought may be given to the order of things.
