It wasn't the beach, it was just the gravel strip behind the breakwall by Gateway Tech, south of the boat launch.

I just realized you guys were at the resort my family stayed at for our fishing trip last May! That's a cool area. I can't wait to get back up there in spring.

Ha. My aunt and uncle sold their resort in late 70’s-early 80’s on Big Arbor Vitae Lake just outside of Minocqua

    The new resort
    http://www.woodlandbeachresort.net/

Cabin 1 was their home. So weird not seeing all the fish, deer and bear taxidermy on all the walls
Giant Musky, north pike and a Marlin on the wall. Lol
We’d pull up in our motor home next to his cabin , hook up the electric and in 5 minutes I’d be fishing or diving off the swim platform!
A tennis ball with a treble hook with a couple hotdogs in the ball was a killer musky bait trolling.
I remember fishing on the dock watching a duck and 10-11 ducklings. Next thing ya know a splash and a pissed mother duck. I think he ate 2 but it might of been 3. The stories of girls with pink nail polish getting hit by a few Muskies on the swim platform about 15 yrds off shore. I’ve been meaning to make that trip with the family. Well, now , with my own kids.

My family cabin is up in Barnes, planning on camping out there for a few nights on the way back from doing the Trans Wisconsin Adventure trail.

Finally got the recovery bar/front receiver in. Also put some amber fogs in while the bumper was off to get some of the lumens back after removing the light bar.

Deer run was really nice! We didn't go back because we wanted to be closer to the water. This year we stayed at dun rovin, which was also a cool place. We're staying at deerfoot next may. I'm a little disappointed because I found a great evening spot for walleyes really close to the cabin.

There's plenty of old logging roads up there on the MVUM. I'd love to get up there in the summer for a Tacoma gathering.

We stayed at big arbor vitae a few times about 10 years ago. Cool lake! And so many other cool lakes up that way.

I really love northern Wisconsin. There's so many cool places to explore. I already can't wait for spring!

Before we built our garage I was looking at my dad's garage and I ask the size. Not big enough. We went 30 × 30. Plenty of room for 2 vehicles, work benches and stuff. There are times I wish it was bigger.so I could have a man cave. I don't let stuff pile up so that if I want something I don't have dig it out.

I have hakkapeliittas on my Scion TC. Practically can't get stuck if you try.

I'm planning on putting pro comp extreme mt2's on the Tacoma in the near future. Been torn between them and 2 other tires, but they're winning at this point.

I have Kumho at51's on it now and I made it through plenty of stuff this fall. I really didn't push it as I was alone and don't really have any recovery experience.

I'll have to check out the Nokians.

I saw those while I've been shopping around. I'm pretty set on the pro-comps. I love the look of them, and they actually come with a 40K treadwear warranty. I can't wait to have real truck tires!

Sweet, love the truck. Been admiring it for awhile. Too many Rams in that parking lot, it needs more Tacomas.
