The main thing is the “shoot your own ammo” rule. We used to have brass therapy days when I was a wee Airman, and not everybody had guns. But, we had access to Academy so we’d be advised on what calibers of ammo to snag and we’d all meet at the range.

We’d kill a lot of paper, that’s for sure.

I’m still working on details with the range folks, because we’d be the first non-class they’ve had, but they’ve got nothing else scheduled that day. Interested parties please PM me and I’ll add them to a conversation we have going listing who has what so they know what they would want to pick up.

Basically, if you want to shoot but don’t have a gun, this is a good chance to try out some other guns for the cost of ammo and a nominal range fee without having to rent each gun individually. At least, I hope that’s how this works.

Speaking of which, @CedarPark have you shot yours yet? This could be a good opportunity to get some practice time in.
