My ‘18 Equinox (company car) gets flashed by at least 1/3 of the cars I pass. I also asked the dealer to check them and they said they’re right on factory spec, just clean lenses and bright lights. Unfortunate, I guess. I only use high beams on back roads anymore.
(Edit:not “flashed” in the good way)

Speaking of LED fogs, one of the few places to have these in stock, at a better than listed price, in amber, free shipping.

I could care less, honestly my lights are so bright that I laugh when people high beam me because I hardly even notice!

I'm looking forward to seeing how bright the lights on the plow are. They look bright as hell against my garage wall, so I'm sure I'll be getting beamed with them on. I get beamed just running the low beams in the Ram, I think because it sits so high, and the plow lights are even taller. :notsure:

So all of the rock crawling this weekend since you're getting a new frame?

Goddammit, could you not post deals like this....:annoyed::bananadead::bananadead:

I've been eyeing those for an eventual upgrade; I'm curious how'd they do in the winter/snow

Oddly I don't think I've noticed the GM trucks being a problem. It's usually sporty German cars that I think are way too bright.

My Ford has halogens. Lariats and up get LEDs. They're fine and I don't think I'll replace them. I did replace the cargo, plate, and reverse lights with LEDs though because I thought it looked weird to have the super bright white hitch light while the others were yellowish.

Also say you may need a plug & play kit, not sure if you say that on KC's site

Also, @micwillia have you been over here yet ?

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/the-led-sae-j583-fog-pod-fog-light-review.554813/

To be noted, I went with Amber. Rigid gets the nod for the clear fogs, but they use a filter with the amber and lose out out from it. KC uses actually amber led

I have been that's what led me to want those in the first place. I'd also get amber, I've been really liking just the amber/yellow bulb I put in my stock fogs. I still have the laminx covers too but was happy enough with just the bulbs so far.

In a long enough timeline I might end up with a bumper that doesn't take oem style fogs....just saying .

Yeah I've got a whole bunch of reasons for getting the. First, KC. Duh. But I work 3rd shift. They do t plow the roads when I go to work. I drive every day in the dark ( soon so won't all of you guys too, suckas). I'm a welder. I weld non stop all day, probably at least twice as much as most welding jobs. When you drive in the dark after welding all day it looks like everyone is high beaming you with regular light, and bad high beams in the wrong reflectors can even be so bad it's like a migraine pain twitch. Lastly I've got astigmatism . Which can make white lines disappear at night in the rain.

The 3rd gen lights have actually been great to me. But with bad weather I could always use a bit of help.
