No, I actually did those myself. He didn't want to. I bought a 21 piece ball joint press off eBay when I did my 4WD conversion.

I think y'all are forgetting I made the truck 4WD by myself.

It's very useful, I've used it for other things than pressing ball joints. Trust me, make the investment and you won't regret it.

The rentals never have the right fittings for our trucks. Sometimes you have to rent the 4WD sleeves too.

Yeah, I wouldnt mind getting one. I couldve used one on a few occasions besides ball joints:
    Pulley bearings
    U Joints
    Poly bushings
Problem is, my toolbox is stuffed to the gills and I have no room for another box or bigger set type tools.

I tend to fill up at around half, and I can’t buy any 6 pack unless it’s carbonated.

I bought me the ball joint press kit but I didn't get the 4WD sleeves kit. I just milled down one of the adapters down to clear the knuckle arm & that worked perfectly fine for me. Obviously can't do that if renting.

true, also I have to get the good stuff (91 octane min.) We have a racing gas station in town that sells 110 octane for $10/gallon but I'm afraid of what that might do to my truck lol. Maybe I'll just get one gallon of it to top off a mostly full tank of 91 and see what happens.
