I just picked playing back up again, myself. Bought a guitar about two months ago, and checked in here, as well. Best decision I’ve made in awhile. Very therapeutic! Glad to see others rekindling.

I had to take out the guitars from their dusty cases. I also have a floor pedal that I have to figure out how to tweak again.

I'll be ordering my new wall hanging system this weekend. A product called "Diamond life" system.

I'll be going with x2 of the 96" cherry slats. 6" or 12", black hangers. Enough to hang 24 guitars.

This is my buddy Jimmy who moved recently into a new home, showing off his diamond life system and some of his guitars.

I'm late to this thread, but heck yeah! I'm a bass player by trade but also have a few guitars and play guitar. I'll show off my stuff if I can find some pics.

    I'm becoming less a guitar/bass player and more a collector/broker.
Not that I play that well anyway. If I do play and record in my small studio, my favorite think to do is butcher classic rock and metal songs so they are almost unrecognizable.

Outside of my 4 chord progression and pentatonic blues scale knowledge, I'm lost.

But at 51, I still have a lot of fun with it and I suppose that's all that counts.

The only one that I had and cared for was a stereo chorus 2/12 back in the 90's.

Played this beast tonight. Duncan distortion in the bridge.

I got this around 97 and broke the neck in 2006. I rebuilt the whole thing last year. That's the Nashville skyline on the headstock.

I'm sure like most of you do, guitars come and go. The Lotus I wouldn't sell, but the others I've had for a while. Here's the current lineup:
I have a mid 80's MIJ Strat with the System I® bridge.
I also have this E9 Squier HM made in Korea, shredder's dream
    [IMG]
This is just an unknown year Lotus that my dad and I refinished in Biloxi Blue (long story)
My main gigging bass... mid 80's MIJ Precision body with a 2009 Squier C.V. Jazz neck. It plays like butter and sounds like thunder.
And not too long ago, finally got an acoustic bass. 1992 Ovation

    Nice.

That E9 squire is a bit of an oddity. Dig the headstock. I've been searching for a Fender HM strat lately.

Dug the "84"s out of the closet.
The newest 530bk is probably my new fav.

I've actually had it listed on Reverb for a few months lol. But you are correct. This is the only HM I'd ever seen in person and most of the ones I see online tend to have a Floyd type bridge. So I'm not sure if it's an HM1, or what the deal is.

I have two of their cables and have been pretty impressed with them. They are higher quality than the ones that are similarly priced at my local music store.

I've never done one. It might be a nice way to build up some luthier skills.
