this is just a quick weekend trip with some friends on a tame trail. Mainly just to get out and have some fun. The cold weather is setting in around here quickly.

i wanted to hit DV with the guys but its just too far for a quick resourced trip for me. The house this year killed some trips but were good now so it should be pretty nice and easy for next year. Im hoping we can sneak out another Mojave trip this Feb/March again. Spend another day out there so we can explore more.

its insane the amount of roads there are to take. We had two days so we hustled through it and had fun, kept a fast pace but this time i want to check some shit out. That was a lot of seat time + 9 hour drive home.

word, id like to take it slower and chill more. We hauled ass through it and only stopped at the stuff directly on the trails so we lost opportunity to see more like the buses and whatnot.

Not yet. We should be able to wash the Tacoma and take pictures of it this weekend. Then Aaron needs to decide to keep the 4runner or use the money from the Tacoma and buy a 2wd DC 1st gen Tundra as a long travel project.

We will probably just make our own honestly. My boyfriend is currently designing sliders for it. I didn't think I liked the bumper at first because of the hoops but I've definitely fallen in love with it

If I ever re-paint my 4th gen, it's not even a question what color that would be...

I just want one so I can have a single row LED bar in it while still looking clean. I hate the way LED bars look across the roof unless they’re tucked into a low profile rack

    Why prisnu not RMR?

Fridge is still my favorite non-wheeling vehicle purchase. Don’t realize how nice it is to have until you start using it all the time. Solar is next for me, especially if I have to drive across country cause I don’t want to have to risk a dead battery in the middle of nowhere

The Prinsu has a little better fit and finish. It mounts directly to the factory roof rack holes, rather than the factory roof rack, which results in a lower profile. Prinsu has 9 crossmember vs. 7, which gives you a little more rigidity. Like RMR, they do make a nice rack, but I prefer the Prinsu.

Interesting to see mounted pictures and where it connects to the roof

Didn't know Prinsu started making a rack for 3rd gens. That's what I originally wanted before I got my witson rack
