Good morning all. It's LED day! Twenty six degrees and I will be thirty feet in the air. Thank God the wind died down.

That would be time to setup one of those poles on the forks to catch all that crap lol. I was in Pensacola for July it cost me a big tip to get the maid service at billeting to leave the AC to where I set it . They left notes about how I should not leave it so low lol ..

We do thousands of lights at work. Unfortunately, 95% are on dimmers. Very limited to dimmable LEDS. Our lighting budget is roughly $4500 a month. Not sure we want to know what part of our $15.500 a month electric bill is for lighting.

Good morning. With the weather being as cold as it is helps make missing the annual Veterans day hunt in South Dakota with the other retired military guys a little bit easier. A little bit.

Same here. Woke at 3 again this morning but was able to get back to sleep this time and slept in until 4:30. Still having a hard time staying up past 9 at night though. Damn clock changers.

OK....At work, but don't need to be here all day. Trick is, deciding when to go in such a way as NOT top get called back in. Waiting until other manager(s) are here, then pop smoke! Wifey is with her sister. I get the time from when I leave here until roughly 4PM all to myself! Choose wisely young man!

Good Sunday morning and happy Veterans Day! I'll spend my day here at home working cleaning leaves, going to the dump, and cleaning house. It's never been a day for me to see how many free meals I can get (I've never taken one) or takeing advantage of how many discounts I can get. I always take it as a day of reflection and thanks to all those who served before, with, and after me. To those who are combat veterans you are my true heroes and i can never thank you enough for what you have done for us and this country.

I managed to serve 4 years and never left the US until the last 2 weeks. Never had a shot fired in anger anywhere near me. I still consider myself a vet, but my admiration goes to the guys who fought for our freedom. Like you, the combat vets are my hero's. May go grab me a free dinner after while....

To all you Veterans, its not a free meal, you already paid for it. In my mind it doesn’t matter if you worked in the motor pool, or you were a tunnel rat, you earned it . I will always be indebted to Veterans, thanks again ya’ll.

I think you'll find that, while we all have differing motivations for serving and whether it was for a full enlistment or a full career, it has a deeper meaning than a meal at a restraunt we wouldn't go to in the first place. While their gesture is appreciated it's better served to a charity or a womens shelter, something like that.

Great point, when the kids come around raising money for school functions,I give them some. I don’t need/want a $14.00 bag of Carmel corn.
