I'm surprised the HOA is not giving you shit for having that Civic parked on an unimproved surface. That was a big no no back when I lived in So Cal. They'd ticket your shit and haul it away

They’re very supportive of what I do. And the only vehicle that gets used really is the Merc, the PreRunner is my Dad’s but he works out of state.
