Ok for those donating for fire victims I will tell you first hand that there is a shortage of warm clothes. Hoodies, jackets, sweatshirts, socks and yes even a shortage of shoes. The problem is that the evenings are getting cold and the only shoes if they have any get a bit worn in a short time. I know some who lost even the shoes that were on their feet due to the heat of the asphalt when they had to actually run for safety. Also larger pants are hard to find like waist sizes36 and up. I have been to three donation sights trying to find things like these and it seems that there are not enough.

    Thank you Don!
    I love your thinking!
Right now I'm freezing balls but getting the heater figured out in a loner trailer.

Damn! That was a super hot spot when tried to get to my place. There was no way I could have made it in and out and be safe. I had a place across from the Safeway building. The entire neighborhood is gone.

When I was attending hs there I had a friend who lived in that neighborhood across from safeway. Also had a friend that lived in the shelter cove apartments right next to Safeway. I lived with my grandmother in a house (my grand father built) on wagstaff across from that movie theater that was built on the corner of Clark and wagstaff. I remember when that was an empty lot.
I have a lot of memories and will always go back since my grandparents are buried there. Makes me sad thinking about what has happened.

    Sorry for rambling. :(

Cost Plus World Market has @jberry813 on lock...

My heartfelt sincerity goes to all those affected by the Camp Fire. I have a cousin who has lost all his families earthly belongings. He, his wife and child are safe. Unfortunately the horse was not able to be saved and neither was their cat(disappeared in the chaos). He was an auto nut(like myself) and lost a lot of FJ40 parts and vehicles. He is staying in my father’s RV for now. Man, this is rough.

I have fj parts. All pre 72. They are located in Oroville. Don't worry about those there's almost enough to build one. I got him.

Headed to the store and then post office to send off a care package to @Whitebutler.

I need a couple more folks to step forward and I can make it a nice round number in gift card value to mail!

Little this. Little that 4x4 Swap’d PreRunner
Throwing this out there to anyone effected by the Camp Fire.

My RTT is not being used. It’s currently stored away on my garage ceiling in the hoist for the winter.

If you need shelter or will need shelter when returning to your home, don’t hesitate to ask. I also have some camping supplies if there’s a shortage locally.

No costs to borrow it and use it. We all get by with a little help from our friends.
