Hopefully that spray foam wrapping up makes it so you don't have to do that when you get home anymore! That's quite the swing in temps.

Sounds like your house stuff is coming along fast. Would think even with a few windows and half the foam done you should be seeing a difference. We get our windows delivered today.

I either wear my uniform work pants, or I wear Schmidt Canvas style work pants. I use to only wear jeans and khakis, but I haven't gotten jeans in years and I only have a pair of khakis for the rare occasion I have to wear a button down. Thankfully none of my friends have gotten married while I've known them (most were already married when I met them) so I don't have to go to a ton of weddings

Unfortunately, I don't own any flannel lined pants. I have a few light weight base layers that I wear under my regular jeans or pants when I know I'll be outside for work. The problem is, I never spend all day outside, I'm constantly in a heated space and right back out to the cold so I found that wearing heavy, lined clothing just makes me sweat easily indoors. For the really, really cold days, I have insulated bibs that zip up to my waist so I can slip them on over my pants without taking my boots off.

Got the truck stripped last night. Looks like I got robbed lol I removed the bumpers with winch and lighting, rock lights and wiring, bed speaker wiring, air line, back up camera, sliders, sub and amp, and a couple other things. That was a lot of work to bang out in like 3 hours.

I would need to live in the North Pole for me to wear flannel lined jeans.

YES! Both my 1st and 2nd gen were bears to get and keep aligned for some reason. And were the first vehicles I ever owned that I had to do once a year. Toyota dealer told me "Well, trucks need alignment more often than cars, just do it every time you get a new inspection sticker." Bullshit, most vehicles I would have to get aligned when I got new tires and that was it. I think it had to do with all the shaking the truck would do at highway speeds.

    ...no?

I used to have a pair, but they just made me sweat. If I'm outside and it's really damn cold out (like ice fishing) I'll switch to wool pants, but I wear unlined jeans the rest of the time and have no problem staying warm. I've got a set of insulated coveralls that I'll wear if I'm working outside during the winter, but I wear just regular clothes underneath. I've always run on the warm side, though. Very rarely cold during the winter, even if I'm working outside with bare hands. As long as I'm dry, I'm usually comfortable. I don't even wear heavy boots most of the time, just 400 gram and standard weight socks :notsure:

It will be a good start.

I have 10 more windows to change on the 2nd floor, the same on the first. That doesnt account for the windows already changed.....

I will be getting qoutes in the coming weeks to dense pack the walls.
That and the windows, I should be in real good shape, then, back to interior renovations.
Ive held off on painting, or siding, simply because the insulation needs to happen from the outside...
Cant wait to not cringe every time I pull up to my house.

If they bitch about the aftermarket suspension, you should tell them to apply a credit for not having to remove the stock front and back bumpers.

I cant imagine they would bitch about that. It doesnt take any more time. If anything itll take less time because its not all rusted.

    Yep.
Nice. I'm planning on doing the same when the time comes.

Out of curiosity, where did your frame fail? My RC has two areas that are close to perforating; if you followed the aft door lines down, on both sides.

You have to think like a stealership... It's a 'non-standard' part, of course it'll take them longer to remove... Oh, and those larger, heavier tires, those are going to take some more time also

Wow. Cupcake's 96 had an easily visible hole bigger than a silver dollar on the right rear wheelwell. She said it was worse underneath but I told her "let's walk away. I don't want to see it or think about you having driven this"
