Is there a version of this that wraps down around the cowl on the back of the hood? The sun reflecting off of that crease is almost blinding, and I drive east in the morning and west in the evening. Would be an instant buy for me if it killed that glare.

Just did the Extra Long, no logo version today.
That Rapidtac stuff is a must have, worked like a charm! Great thing about it , is that it is also a cleaner, better than isopropyl alcohol. Decal will easily move when positioning, make sure you spray hood big time and back of decal adhesive. Then just lay it down position and start squeezing from the center out and work your way down the hood to the front. I also used the squeegee with the foam edge, which prevents any kind of scratches.

30 year self employed auto detailer with some friendly advice. Rapid Tac is NOT necessary. Save the $15 and use soapy water in a spray bottle. That's essentially what rapid tac is just with a name and a lable so the manufacturer can take you're money. Also I see some people having issues getting out some of the trapped bubble that just won't seem to burnish or squeegee out. Us the very tip of a razor blade or use a needle and poke a tiny hole in the bubble and gently push out the liguid with your finger. The vinyl with lay down and adhere to the paint and you'll never know the difference.

The hood vinyl looks awesome Question...Some are complaining the curve in the vinyl doesn't line up with the curved crease in the upper part up the hood closest to the windshield. Did you notice this and what size did you get the extra wide? Thanks!

Thanks. I got the extra wide. It is slightly off from the curve of the hood but it didn’t bother me at all. You really can’t notice from the inside or from even looking at it from almost all angles - unless you are really looking for it. I just lined up each of the decal left/right corners with where the edge is on the hood. Others have installed it farther away from the edge which I think would make it almost impossible to notice.

I get a lot of compliments and I’m very happy with it.

I aligned it 3 inches down from the curved crease, looks great and you don't have to worry about alignment on the crease being perfect. HOOD VYNL TOP VIEW.jpg hood vynil side.jpg hood vynil front.jpg

If I were to ever redo it I would probably center it top and bottom from the top crease to the bottom edge but overall I'm really happy with it.
