It was fun as always! We didn’t do too much since we didn’t get there till noon Saturday. John, Rick, and Tom were the only TTR members I saw when we had arrived. Decent sized group though, me, my wife and most of the tandem guys came down camped at TTR. I sliced a tire and I think Rick damaged his front driver side fender on omega. Alex told me another guy popped a bead with a trail run later in the day that wa son omega too. Taylor came in his new tundra too was fun watching him get stuck on solihull forget his TW username though. Also happy late birthday bud! Hoping I can make a BBNP trip next year! @SuperBad 70AB938C-D1DE-48FC-8027-00A9D034DC09.jpgE65542A2-E876-4D84-9D5A-F6EC9DFD9672.jpg DCB86CCC-2139-4D3E-9A87-F15CBF83CC29.jpg76925B6E-5FDD-4DED-940F-E2104E308783.jpg6F710FC4-AECC-40A0-9DFC-E39942A08B18.jpg 1901DD1F-2618-4127-8221-F283F358298C.jpg

Unfortunately, not your tires. It’s most noticeable at 60 mph when pushing the gas and maintaining 1800 rpm. Pulsating and you can feel it in the floorboard?

Edit: that’s when I get it

I had cooper ATP c load AT tires on my 1st gen. Always had issues with balancing them that caused slight shake in the steering wheel around 30-40 mph. Never had cupping though alignments were always pretty decent when I had them. Get them balanced see if it gets any better.

I had a vibe at around 60 while on the gas, but haven't had that any time recently since my last rotation and balance. This during braking.

Hmmmm. I’d like to think science says the tires are rotating too quickly for wear vibes like that, but what do I know

yeah, it's difficult to say, and the fact it's so intermittent makes it harder to pin down. Thinking at nearly 60k on the truck, might be time to throw some new brakes on it in any case and just check that off the list in any case.

I’ve got similar bs going on. Get vibes, rotate and balance prety much fixes it, then back within 1-2k miles. When they are present, they seem to be intermittent, which makes no sense to me. I’ll probably get dealer to check. I did have a huge fuckup (forgot to tighten lug nuts and drove like 60 miles) a while back, and that might have damaged brakes or hubs, which are all still original at 48k miles now.

Sounds like a good time! BBNP was fun but cold. I'd you could have fires it works be so much better.
Have them balanced. wheel shake while braking is commonly caused by bad wheel balance. I just ran into this issues with different tires and need to take my truck in this week to have them re balanced to hopefully fix it. :fingerscrossed:

I had intermittent vibes. It was bad balancing on the tires. A different issue was the wa wa wa wa that became a hum at higher speeds. That was my wheel bearing. Cups tires can cause both of these issues, though.

If that is Johns Impact... that thing gets passed around more than a $2 hooker...

Looks like a good time, if I wasn't working Saturday and had things going on Friday night and Saturday morning I would have came out.

Buy a spare set of your current lug nuts, and use them on your spare, too.

Buy a spare key, and have it welded into a 1/2” drive socket, so you have an easy way to use it.

Damn dude! Stop revving it up in the parking lots!
Noice! Make sure you remind me when i post up spots
    :humble:
Yeah its pretty lame about the note 9. But i think they have notified their team about it. He said the best way to do it is to buy a note 9 and send it to his team...

Geez... how do people even do that?? I mean did he forget to park and because he was driving so slow he thought he was walking?

I picked up same 25” breaker bar today. $14.99 in booklet coupon, so didn’t even have to use the 20% coupon.

Picked up an angle grinder (paddle switch, $10 off coupon), a 4 lb short handle hammer, a 4 lb dead blow hammer and some ball end allen wrenches too. Was missing all of these tools before.

Who knows. The lady driving wasn’t hurt, but apparently she could barely see the officer motioning her to sit down from 20 feet away

    The plot thickens
