There's a thread around here somewhere about threading in some 1/4in window screen spline. It firms up the door seal.

I tried a quick search but could not find it.

Warning, long story. I had the kazoo noise on my AC so the dealer replaced the door seals. That solved the kazoo noise. However, I soon noticed that I was getting a new noise from the passenger side like wind and road noise coming from around the door. I thought maybe I was not shutting the door completely. I also noticed fine dirt blew in between the front and rear passenger side doors when I took it off road. I took it to the dealer twice and they could not find the problem. Finally I noticed the driver side door seal was different than the passenger side. Turns out they used the seals for a DC on the passenger side when they replaced them. They put the correct seal on and problem solved.
