Is there any gap between the little TSS blocker and the TSS?

It's not really a blocker. Like the OEM one, the sensor mounts directly behind it. I don't recall any gap. The radar performance is very good. It warns when it should and I've tested it well. I tend to drive pretty aggressively.

There is a little distance between the sensor window and the sensor itself, they are not so close that they would be touching. To my knowledge, thus far we've had no issues with TSS being a problem for our customers.

Haha I look at that as a compliment since you can't see it!

Thanks. I'm really picky when it comes to grills, it is the forefront of your vehicle and can make or break the vehicle look. To me, the TRD Pro grill is the best looking one (with all do respect) aside from the BAMF but I cannot begin to be okay with spending $600 on a grill

The issue I'm having is, I'm getting intermittent issues with the TSS and the Fleabay TSS plate is causing some issues.

Do you have the TRD Pro grille? If so, is it the OEM or Ebay etc?

I do have the TRD Pro Grill, but it's eBay non-OEM version. Was less then $100.00 so the old adage, you get what you pay for is key here however I know if I add the TRD Pro garnish it'll fix the issue, I just don't like the glossy look but may need to make it happen.

I see, im like you. I rather have the OEM TRD pro as well and avoid some issues people are having with the ebay/Amazon ones.

I'm fairly certain you could get the grill I have (TRD Pro eBay) and get the OEM TRD Garnish and have 0 issues... it's hit or miss for some reason. I do plan on getting the garnish here soon, I know there's someone here selling the OEM TRD Pro grill for like $140, if I come across the link - would you like me to share it here for you?

Sure, that would be great or PM me. I may settle with the OEM for myself. I believe there is two OEM TRD Pro TSS models with a different part#. Not sure what are the differences but people are talking about it at a different thread.

Does any one know if the material in front of the TSS has to be plastic ? can it be aluminum? A friend of mine may fabricate a way to attach the TSS to the BAMF grill for me.
