I'm building an off road style flatbed. Selling my Factory bed. The bedsides are cut for a High Clearance bumper. The fender wells are cut to clear 35" tires. I do have the flares though. If you snap those back on, you'd never know the fenders had been trimmed.

The bed is scratched from branches while wheeling and has a couple of small dents. It is not trashed by any means.
Come take a look at it.

And how awesome is it to have a trailer with lifts? I didn’t know that was a thing.

 

Im in the process of doing this same thing to mine and Im actually the guy that put the tent bars on that tacoma on the flex trailer. Good luck with the sale and id be interested to see how it turns out.

Well i just took my All-pro rack and RTT off today..... thats as far as it has gone haha.

Ive made a rough design in bend-tech but im going to strip the bed like yours, bob the frame, and then get my measurements to get the final build in the computer and start bending it up. looking at 40ft+ of tube I think when im done. Im trying to make one with the lower storage and I can still fit my expo rack on top of. Like a 2 piece mix of Benji's old black tacoma and the gray one with the bed storage.

 

Sounds pretty sweet. Mine will be much more simple.

 

Any chance you would sell just your bed stiffners?

It wasn’t on purpose. I had the Bruteforce rear already and I was up in the air if I wanted a plate or hybrid in the front. Saw your truck and got the hybrid. Lol. Relocating the rear shock and hopefully 35’s next year

 

If this was in UT, I'd really consider buying it. Been wanting to make a truck bed trailer...now if only I had a place to store one...
