Thanks and actually answers some questions I didn't ask...

When works sends me to Scottsdale I usually find myself headed North through the Superstition Mountains. I like it there but not sure about winter and spending months in them. But could see it. Not a fan of the Valley especially the traffic.

I know someone who lives in the Huachuca area, outside it. Rent is $900 a month fully furnished. He also bird hunts and tells me about the Arizona Slam he often gets. Shooting a gambles, scaled, and mearns quail all in one day. That would keep the dog happy in the winter. And me active although I am not really worried about that. It is 3 hours to Scottsdale from there but shouldn't have to do it often.

A RZR would be better than a Ranger there but the Ranger is a better overall choice for me. When I ordered it had them put the street legal kit on it. The service rep said you know that you don't need it in Mn. you can ride the roads as is but you are limited to 40 mph. I said yeah but some other States and Countries do require it. So I have it setup already. Except license plate light some tree already reached out and ripped all that shit off including plate is some where on the North Shore.

At some point in the near future should be able to start in the Sunset Country of Ontario on Sep. 1 and cast and blast my way down to the North Shore of Superior around start of Nov. After using the Ranger off road this fall I am so done with leaf suspension for off road use and piss poor ride, Canada has opened up most roads to UTV's too thank goodness. SD for phesants with the other retired military guys for a few weeks in Nov. then head South. Always thought it would be SE due to family but almost positive it will be SW now.

Friend of mine is over in SD and this morning he sent me a picture on the phone of his youngest dog and his limit of birds. My face pinched tight just from the blowing snow in the background. Guess I am at the point of screw that it is no longer fun for me when it gets like that.

Oh yes, birds are plenty. Dove, quail, duck are easily had here. Not sure of the elevation difference between here and Tuscon, but (as funny as this may sound) there is a difference in vegetation from there to here. In particular the cactus. Driving I-10 through I-8 from New Mexico to Ca is pretty much a straight line, but that elevation to the east is higher. So I'm sure there's a variety of birds between there and here. If you head north, that's where you'll find your larger mammals.

We do have deer in the desert but many opt for north because of the differences in feed. Some don't like the taste of the desert species.

And back to the utv differences, yours is more than ample. You'll see many different variations in types and suspensions (utility/sport). Roads, trails, terrain and what you are doing is going to dictate how fast you go in either one of those. If you're like me, speed isn't very important. Also, on the street legal aspect, Az issues an actual metal license plate. If your state does the same, get it registered there and Az should have reciprocity with them and you shouldn't have any problems....I see full on dirt bikes running the back streets and SO just looks the other way. I'd venture to say, if you learned the canal systems and farm fields you could probably get 1/2 way across the county without hardly hitting any pavement.

Evening everyone, another Monday in the books. I’m getting to old for the shit show they call work nowadays. Company can’t get good help, and the help they get is a joke. Who the @$$&(() can’t read a tape measure. They hire managers that are computer savvy, but don’t know anything about boat building. We build million dollar yatchs and they think we’re stamping out rowboats. AHHH I feel better now, rant over. I hope everyone is safe and doing well.

That's kind of like my wife... Meds make her heart rate go down to like 41, passes out at work... Her depth perception isn't real good she twisted and snapped a bone in her foot one friday night, refused me to take her to ER, foot was the size of a foot ball... She slept all night and in the AM,,, We better go the hospital, they cast her foot gave her a 15 second lesson on crutches... I knew in my head this was a BAD idea, but they discharged her we went home... Two hour movie on the couch she wanted to go to bed, I stood her up, handed her crutches and went to help her around the couch, she said "I can do it!, grab my throw please... Seconds later I heard a creaking noise, over she went backwards on to the floor, stuck her hand out and snapped her wrist... Back to the ER that morning, second time, guys in the room ask me if I had an anger management problem, I said no, do you have a multi-appearance plan, besides you were the idiots that gave her crutches!!

Thursday I have to take the dog to the vet. I told Mary to write down any questions or concerns. I tend to forget things she tells me. Well that's what she says. :notsure:

It is a prey targeting toy :} basically a mouth , eye and body position exercise on grabbing the target no matter what direction it is going in or he is going in the leg sleeve is a ways off yet. His OB has to be dead on before sleeve work comes in .
