    I'd pull the boards and look for dry solder joints and bulging caps. If any are found reflow the solder replace any suspect caps and see if it works.

    What usually goes bad on those boards? When I used to fix old stereo equipment, it was always blown or leaking caps. All that stuff was analog, I never had to deal with integrated circuits.

    But but junk. I researched this freedom offroad. Theyre an hour away from me and Ive never heard of them, they dont even list what kind of BJ it uses. I bought cheap leaf springs and regret it all the time. By the time I was done screwing with them, I couldve bought Alcans. Do it right the first time, no matter how long it takes.
