I have a tonneau cover now and have been itching to get a topper. The snugtop rebel is on my short list. Have you though about removing the bedside decals?

Both a friend and customer had the same issue with their 2017 Taco. Having just the rotors and pads didn't do the trick. They ended up having the entire rear axle assembly plus rotors ands pads replaced to resolve the issue. Not saying that's your issue but something to think about. Both were covered 100% by Toyota. Hope this helps.

I have, and probably will remove them soon(ish), along with all the badges. I'm just lazy. And it's cold and snowy out.

Copy that. Thought you meant there was an adjustable setting for them that I was unaware of. Thanks for clarifying that.

    Lost somewhere in the PNW
    Vehicle:
Current vehicles: 2019 Rav4 Lunar Rock. 2018 TRD OR DCSB KD Max tuned. 2010 Tundra Limited Crew Max . 1991 4Runner Crawler. Ivan Stewart Edition
KD Max Tune, King 2.5 coil overs T.C. UCA's, Deaver leafs, 17x9 Black Rhyno Warlords, 33" Toyo M/T's, Metal Tech rear bumper, Westin HDX drop steps with Bullet Liner coating, K&N CAI, Baja Designs fog pods, Rigid Midnight addition 3" pod ditch lights. Cali Raised brackets and 32" behind the grill mounted light bar, Southern Style Offroad Lopro Stage II front bumper, Warn winch, FACTOR 55 Ultra Hook, FACTOR 55 Hawes Fairleed, full debadge, Cosmetic goodies such as 15% carbon tint, matte black in channel rain guards, interior LED's, Teton Workshop shift knob, Inferno vinyl detailing on the interior, Cali Raised multi rocker switch cubby insert with Mc Tuning LED switches and a few other mods I've probably left out.
UPDATE: After 50 miles of veried driving from 75 mph on the freeway and some in town stop and go driving to windy hills I can say there is a noticeable difference in the shifting. The gears hold longer and the transmission seems to not be hunting for the correct gear as much. I notice the stumble off the line is gone and there's no more bogging in the lower gears and feeling like it needs to shift to a higher gear. I will also say I haven't felt the need to use the ECT button. Sofar so good.

    10 mins of your time.
Step 1: Pull off mirror cover (seriously just pull)
Step 2: Unscrew two screws on the OEM signals
    Step 3: Unplug
Step 4: Plug in the turn signals made from to Tacoma gods and repeat steps 3-1.
There’s also a video for it on YouTube.
