I did all the work for you. I went to the yard and sat in every high end car I could find. From BMW, to Mercedes-Benz, to Audi, to Cadillac, to Buick.

I hated all of them. They were all too stiff and uncomfortable. I had two requirements, leather and power functions. I remember the German seats being too stiff and hard to wire, and the American seats being too worn out and ugly.

And then I tried Lexus. I sat in those ES300 seats and I was immediately sold. They have memory foam, dual stage heat, full power functions, and seat memory. They looked great, had excellent seat padding, and the leather had no rips or signs of wear.

It was in some rare high end trim level ES300 because it had the dual stage heating pads. Most ES300’s I looked at only had single stage or no heat at all.

I already cut the Lexus brackets off the seats, all that’s left for you is to weld or bolt the Tacoma feet to the Lexus rails.

The only seat that beat the comfort level of the ES300 was a 1985 Cadillac DeVille. But I wasn’t about to put those mattresses in my truck.

There is an auto auction place like 10 minutes from our house with a 2000 ES for sale so going to swing by tomorrow or Wednesday and try out the seats. Not that I don’t trust you but everyone’s seat tastes are different, and I don’t want to drive 8 hours each way only to find out I don’t like how the seats feel.

I’m confident we’ll probably be sending you an offer but want to make sure first.

Manual Trannies are light as hell, trying picking up an A340F with a transfer case haha. The A340E was manageable, so it could be just the transfer case making it heavy.

My transmission jack was struggling with the A340F. I should’ve taken the transfer case off in retrospect.

I left mine on, the t case does weight a fair bit though. The tacoma was the first to hang the tcase off the trans exclusively with no brace. I think when people do braces it helps a lot with driveline vibes and stiffening. Another reason why I like the FROR mount I used.

I was so confused when I saw the solid front axle.

Do you not take your Nissan Altima off-road? Much better than a Ford Raptor.

I'm confused how manual hubs would work on an altima, that would just disconnect all power if it were even possible

I love it when I get Toyota Matrix cars with check engine lights.

“Technician has found a glitch in the matrix”

A lot of people get a kick out of that

.224 Valkyrie is where its at in 2018. A .224 bullet on a 6.8 mm case. Can shoot up to a mile no problemo.

Idk if I let you guys know my frames in!

Clutch is getting done on wends for 650, found a better bid at another reputable shop.

Need to get one more inspection done by my local toyota

Order some 5100 to get rid of rake when they make everything stock again.

    Times are good.

Really not looking forward to fixing the body rust, do you know if anyone sells panels for the bed?

    rust spot most concerning circled.
