No worries, I am stuck at work all day so I can keep looking. How far are you willing to go to look at one?

Right on. I'm down in Richmond, and would say 150 miles or so.

The hope is for a '12-'14 Spruce Mica DCOR. LB preferred but not a necessity like the DC. Got a DC sized dog that likes to stretch out. Less than 100k, asking less than 27k. Hoping to land closer to 24k.
5k down, hoping for 2.5k-3k for my trade in, and that should put me at right around what I want to pay.

My hold up right now is I've got to run a new brake line, front to back on my trade in before I can actually start looking at trucks in person. Should be able to get that done this weekend though.

Oh okay perfect. I was using a nova zip code as the center for the search but ill go with a richmond one. Definitely a less common color, but there do seem to be few in what you are looking for. I havent been over to the for sale thread yet on here to look but I'll check that out at some point too.

There's a hell of a ACLB down around the beach in the B/S/T right now. Thanks for the help man. I've been doing a lot of looking myself, but am about to step out of my office and go play in the cold and mud. (Not the fun way, the construction worker way.)

Also, spruce mica is the dream, but not a deal breaker. Just no silver or white. No offense to anyone, just have a shitload of those already in the driveway.

Bank on that! That's the probably the only big win for those that currently live in the area... house appreciation. Economy will be boosted but let's be honest, NoVa doesn't have that problem now. Traffic is going to get worse but Amazon will push for more metro/mass transit options.. it will take time but hopefully over the years the metro will expand further south to Woodbridge/Dumfries area as well as further west on the 66 corridor at Centreville. But at least for those currently own you can bank on appreciation.
