    We use process water in the mill, we pump it from our tailings lake. The chemicals in the water along with the TDS cause the pipe to scale up on the inside up a to 3/4" every year. This piping has been building up for a long time. I had them break it apart because we could not get enough water in certain parts of the plant to operate correctly. I have a program here that a crew of hydroblasters descale piping year around.
