Yeah we have a bunch of pick a parts here and if you have the gumption and some sharp spot weld cutters and a good batt. drill you can get them for like 20 bucks give or take. I don't have the patience for that anymore though.

If set up correctly with a 5" shackle the top of the tire about 2-3" out of the wheel well if you draw a line across the bottom of the wheel well and measure to the top of the tire.

Almost 6" more than my current set up.

I'm not the inventor of this. Chevy 63s have been done for decades on many different rigs and a bunch of 2nd gen tacomas. I am just taking what I have seen from the write ups on here and putting what I know about suspension set up and design and applying the 2. I can't take any credit for it. I will say most people I have seen never set their bump stops up correctly and end up getting them into a neg arch and destroying the springs, this is where I will be taking a lot of measurements and purposefully hitting some trails to stuff the tires hard to get the bumps set up perfectly like I have them now. I see far to many rigs with poor bump set ups and they are really bashing their springs.

I should probably check mine as well. Installed the wheelers superbumps with the allpro flip kit.

I bought the wheelers flip kit with their bumps and they had a spacer that is about an 1" or so off the leaf which at full stuff the bumps are completely compressed and springs are flat but no neg arch
Here is the best pic I have of where the tire is in the body when fully stuffed. Wish I had gotten a pic of the spring and bump though.

This is accurate .... but I'm more like the guy hip thrusting on the left with the suspenders.
