Dakar's are good springs if you don't plan to have a lot of weight. With my current set up I have a bed slide, 2 side mount tool boxes, full size spare and a RTT rack. Basically a lot of weight that's why I jumped to the All pro expos. If you don't plan on having much weight I would recommend the Dakar leafs and depending on the front lift you may want to add the add a leaf to level it out.
That what I did on mine originally and keep in mind you will most likely need a rear bracket to relocate the axle due to OME design.

Sorry these things are heavy and the shipping will kill the deal.

On top of the valve cover towards the back. Foam wrapped hose coming out of it with a sharp bend heading towards the throttle body. About 1.5" around.

I replaced the one in my sisters Rav4 the other day. Hers still rattled but looked like yours. Lools like I get to do a valve cover gasket on that car over Christmas break. About a half inch deep puddle of oil surrounding all the spark plugs.

You don’t have to take the drive shaft completely off, make sure you know know how it’s supposed to be torqued down, make sure the drive shaft is straight when done, you can get a new staked but if you want, some people use one of those fancy puller things but my just fell off when I got the nut off.

    Take all those commas

All Pro Expos are designed to carry much more weight than standard Dakars. I had standard Dakars first, then did Dakars + AAL, then eventually got All Pro Expos. I have the RTT and carry a lot of weight in gear on most trips and the Dakars (even with AAL) would sag pretty badly under weight.

I do miss the soft ride of the Dakars though on a day to day basis...the Expos are noticeably stiffer but that's the compromise for holding more weight.

I think Dakars are cheapest but Expos are maybe $150 more? I got mine second hand so I lucked out on the price even though they weren't used.

I changed mine for fun. When I had my driveshaft shortened at the machine shop, I went ahead and replaced it since it was right there.

You didn’t declare it as a string and therefore you would get a compile error. Amateur.

Don’t buy OEM from Toyota. Buy it from Spicer and you get the exact same thing for half the price. It even had the Toyota markings and model number on it. I forgot who found this, someone on here.
