Congrats @Alesimo I've been running the SPC UCAs for a few months now and cant complain, however my 35's just came in last week so we will see how they work out. Also I never really planned on getting a Bumper and winch, but the bumper will be here from mobtown on monday, so Ill have to change to hevavier springs.

Paint those brackets for a subtle difference.
Other than that, can’t really speak with much experience, since I’m still pretty new to the scene, and haven’t really pushed the King’s hard. Will report back after a few wheeling events in the coming weeks. Congrats again, hella stoked for you.

I went with the #700 spring because of my Mobtown bumper. So freaking dope!

I will say it didn't mess with the front end with the Pro Foxes like I thought it would.

I got my first opportunity for an extended ride with my Kings 2.5 with adjusters last weekend on the Mojave Road (East to West). First day I discovered the faster you go the smoother it got. There was a highly modified Jeep in the group with special suspension who was in the lead. I had fun keeping up with him. Well until we hit Lanfair Valley and the first washout where I went completely airborne. Decided to slow down a bit after that.

Day two all the other participants were complaining of aches and pains, something I clearly remembered from the stock suspension. There was none of that, just an awesome ride. Now I can truly appreciate the suspension.

There was one issue I am unsure about. West of Kelso / Cima road through a long heavy whoop-de-doo section I noticed the shocks would occasionally top out if I got too crazy. Not sure if that is a bad sign or normal.

Cranked down about 3/4" if I remember correctly for 2" of lift.

This is the main reason I did the upgrade. Long days on the trail on stock suspension, even Toyota's Bilsteins, make for a LONG day. On a hot day my OEM shocks would get hot and fade quickly. I'd bottom out on the easiest of hits. By the end of the day I was loving being back on pavement.

I am looking at Kings, but i am only looking at 1.5 or 2 inches of lift (front and back) from my stock 3rd gen trd sport set-up. Can the Kings go under 2 inches? What would the full list of required components look like to ensure no unnatural wear and tear on other OEM components?

Simple answer yes. They set them from the factory to give you 2" of lift but you can put them back to stock height or 1.5" by dialing down the pre load collar. Just mind your tire size to avoid rubbing, or increase pre load for a greater lift to clear rubbing

Thanks for the quick response! Do i still need to change out leaf springs and UCAs and extend brake lines if i’m just bolting on the factory king kit to an otherwise completely stock set-up? My use is for dirt roads; no jumping, crawling or other big articulation type activities.
