This. I used velcro. I removed the bracket and velcro and run mine (ARB Safari hilux model) without the bracket or attached to the a-pillar. Cleans it up really nice and plenty secure even at highway speeds.

As long as the water has somewhere to escape before hitting the airbox, you should be fine. If you completely seal the intake system, then I would be worried.

The a-pillar comes with self-tapping hex-head bolts. Yeah, people go their own route sometimes. In the past people have used nutserts, but if you don't get them exactly right, you then have to modify the bracket to get the bolts or screws in straight. I'd use pop rivets on my own vehicle.

Yes, I'll just have to sell it to you directly and calculate the shipping through the post office. Shoot me an email, mike@exitoffroad.com with your post code to work it out.

Yes, I can ship 2 together for the same shipping price (since they're oversized boxes). Send me an email and I can work it out. mike@exitoffroad.com

    Just ordered mine! :spending:

Been on the fence for a while now about getting one and this final sealed the deal! Happy to do business with Mike again. He took great care of us selecting springs for my wife's T4R Pro.
