Looking to sell ($475)or trade my custom bed rack for a soft topper (preferably tan) I will not ship this but I would be more than happy to install it on your truck, it will come with extra mounting plates.     Yes, it's mounted to the rails in the bed, I used t-nuts to bolt it down. You can take it off and never know it was there. You'd just have to make some quick connections in the wires for the lights
