Since I missed out on the donation runs over the weekend, I've decided I'm going to head up this weekend with a bunch of stuff the wife and I will be gladly donating.
I was going to just do this all on my own and not make this public post about it, but then I realized there might be others that were out of town, or had some other reason they weren't able to help out when everyone else did.

If anyone has anything they would like me to add to the mix, let me know soon.
I work in Roseville, and can meet up to grab things today, tomorrow and Friday.
Don't feel obligated; I'll be doing this either way.

If there are any socks, toiletries, size 9-10 womens shoes, or 40/42 mens pants, I know those would go a long way.

I'm not sure if I'll be heading up Saturday or Sunday, but it'll be this coming weekend for sure.
My plan is to first head to @Whitebutler (we've already conversed on this subject) and his co-worker, and after they've picked out what they can use, I figure I'll drop off the rest at one of the standard donation spots (which I'm open to suggestions on).

About the above strikethrough... Now that I've read the articles previously posted (I had started typing this post around 10am, just before @Dirt Ferguson & @LeftCoastNerd posted the links), I'm not sure what to do. I do have specific items I'm bringing up for John & fam, but I guess what's left can just come back home with me? I'm now, even more open to suggestions.

Additionally, I just spoke to my friend at Church of Nazarene in Oroville an hour ago. Donations are gladly accepted. As they are linked with Red Cross for this event they are only accepting new. But in Oroville, good used stuff is accepted at the Hope Center and the Municipal Auditorium.

I have a large bag of good used jackets and winter socks, and a couple used kids sleeping bags...figured they would be useful, would hate to have them go into a dumpster when so many people are cold outside...maybe they will go to the local homeless.

Anyone in the Sac area shoot a .300 blk out. I have some ammo and primed brass I don't need any longer, I sold the rifle. I have both sub and super sonic ammo, and primed brass ready to load. let me know.

Well I think I have to let these tires go. Just put on last friday, have 20 miles on them if anyone is interested? I'd like to get $900 for the tires, I'll break them down when sold. They are just too big for my liking, nothing wrong with the tires at all. They look awesome, but my mind is else where with my truck.

I still can't wrap my head around how many structures have burned in the Camp Fire. I've now read that it's over ten thousand. I had a lot of good times in the Chico/Paradise area. :(

You're right, I like my 285s. Thinking of going 33x12.5s next. They looked good on your rig

Thanks for the info. I'll pass. Good luck selling!
