    Speaking of curbs
I once witnessed this jack wagon having a blast in a unplowed mall parking lot during a good snow storm, not realizing there were tall curbs . He ripped the friggin front end of his Honda Civic to pieces.:itllbuffout:

I once hit a large center island taking a left turn out of a driveway in my CRX. Jumped that shit like 3 feet in the air. Busted up the driver side wheel. Pulled (limped) it around the corner and put the spare on it and drove it home and put the 2 stock front tires on it. Continued to drive it for a couple of months until I put in the insurance claim. Don't do METH!:anonymous:

:rofl:I have tree trunk legs. Opposite, but still very much a problem. Longer laces and tube socks that tap out before they get to the top.

I must confess that the only reason I think about selling my first gen is because of the vibe this truck gives off with women. It screams I live in my mother's basement and I have a job that don't pay shit.

I had a brain fart at work I left my company supplied truck in drive, running and it rolled into a semi trailer right after I got out. I turned my back for just a second and when I turned around there it was. I about shit my pants thinking the worst, but the chrome part of the bumper came to rest right against the tire. No damage to either vehicle. If it had been a few feet over I would have been totally fucked and there would have been lots of damage.

My mom did this once when we were at my parents place for a holiday. She was backing out and turning and hit my car. Luckily her tire hit my tire as it was turned to the left and sticking out. Phew

We got three of these but with worse outcomes. Ugh!

First was when my wife was preggers with our oldest. She had to pee and quickly shut the car off in our garage. Trying to follow my advice with ATs, she plopped it in N, set the brake, and turned the key off. That's all she had time to do before having to bolt for the toilet. Well, this PoS Dodge had an e brake that fell for me twice. The strike plate was laminated and I think was not perfectly aligned. So, my guess is that the catch caught on a misaligned tooth and fell, again, after she got out. 1/4in per foot slope to the garage floor was all that it took. Our neighbor came over and told her that the car was across the street. We had a 60ft, steep driveway there. The PoS hopped the curb across the street and thankfully missed the hydrant. Unluckily, she didin't shut the car door. 1/4in of it caught the stop sign, sheared it off, and cranked the door into the fender. Crazy. New door and fender needed.

    Old driveway:

Second was when I was in the garage one day mounting some new tires on my motorcycle. My wife, wanting to avoid the tires that she could never really hit, cranked the wheel of the car too much and backed into our other car ** in the driveway. Nothing other than scuffs on the wagon that she was driving. The other car needed a new side marker light and lived on with a small crease in the fender.

Finally was my turn. A friend parked in the driveway and let me know. Then with the family loaded into our wagon, we started telling jokes and stuff. I completely forgot about his car and crunched the headlight and fender. The wagon just had more scuffs. The sad part was that he just got his car back that day from being rear ended (not by any of us! :D ).

    Current driveway:

This thing is a slight PITA to deal with considering the garage is pretty small also.

    Bonus Round:

The upside is that it was payback for him T-boning me when we were out for a ride together and he missed seeing my turn signal. I was literally laughing uncontrollably before I even hit the ground. No damage to my bike other than a slightly bent clutch lever. He had a broken shifter, a slightly cracked and weeping side cover, some scuffs, his helmet got rashed badly, and a cracked rib. He was not appreciative of my laughter, which I could not stop for a solid hour.

** The other car was nicknamed The Target. Over the life, it had ten bumpers put on it in about seven separate incidents. Most of the collisions happened while sitting at stoplights and folks just ran into us. The repair shop always got a good laugh about the incidents. Only one of the accidents was my fault. Leaving the work parking lot, the left green arrow turned yellow, and right at that moment, the minivan across the intersection flinched, so the car that I was following hammered their brakes. Thankfully, no damage to them as I tucked under their bumper and did $9k in damage to The Target.

    Good times!
