Morning all! Good luck Dewayne it was 35 and raining at the house. Sleeting here at work. Winter sucks and it’s not officially here yet. I’m ready to go back to shorts and T-shirts

 

Update on our aunt. in ICU. respitory doc commin in to look at her this mornin her kids got in from Norfolk last nite. resperator for a few days then wean her off it. EMT saved her. used the shock paddles at the house. now the best news. she opened her eyes last nite and tried to talk. told wife thats brain activity and great sign.thanks again for the well wishes.

18 degrees here and up to 38 today, it's been a few days since we were above freezing. Took a walk out back yesterday. The ice on the swamp was thick enough to walk on. That will change with warmer temps next couple of days. Today is my Friday, then off until 26th.
Gotta take Coco to see here favorite person.

Leaving Saturday morning 0300 for Nashville, grandbabies house, and Sunday into Southern Illinois to stay the week of Thanksgiving with my Aunt. I think we've packed every piece of clothing the wife owns.. Don't know why my dumb ass southern boy agreed to this trip this time of year, and we are taking the Camry not the Taco ..

I really need to start doing more stretching. When hunting with my friend for 2 weeks went to clean the birds and you stand on the wings and pull the legs until the skin, head, guts and everything else pulls off. Took both of us to do one bird and ended up almost falling over numerous times and a lot longer than it should. We were laughing so hard actually had tears, and glad there wasn't a camera filming. We both swore we would start doing more stretching and that was 2 weeks ago. Embrace the downward dog

Same here yesterday got above freezing for first time in 9 days and felt damn good. Some snow melted and dug out my 5 gallon bucket mouse trip from out back. Been sitting in headed garage and the water in it is still pretty solid hopefully be melted by this weekend. Doubt it though. Hope things go well for Coco!

Drive safe this weekend at O dark thirty. Especially once you get up around those FIB's
