    Kinda...........the ball turns the "gear" which rotates the magnet of the induction coil which surges the flux capacitor........it's all very "sciency" stuff.

    Shit! It can't be rust?? This truck has never seen salted roads. It's looked like this since my Dad bought her with 20,019 miles. I thought it was just caked on mud....it hasn't gotten worse....

    It's not on the block but It's on top of the block or the top part of the engine, I guess the shroud where the spark plug caps are
