buying theese headlights

black headlights with 6000k aqua blue hid lights is this a good deal i dont really know about the hids and headlights

wow, i would be weary about those HIDs because i bought my headlights for around that same price, and it was housing only. but you never know.

 

yea read carefully. i bought a set like that but just blacked out not hid. they fogged up in no time.

Note: JDM does not exist for the Tacoma.

Also... personally I'd hit up the HID group buy's slim sets up on here and get a good slim ballast that's been proven to work time and and again so far. You can also do the BHLM yourself and then break about the same price... actually put some down toward making your fogs HID as well...

Just a thought.

Also, 6000k is mostly white with a hint of blue to it. It's what I'll end up getting when I'm ready to go HID for both my truck and 280z.

Yea 6000k will be fine. Anything over that is useless IMO cause the color looks annoying. 5000k is my personal preference.
