I have been looking at the relentless fab HC rear bumper with swingout as well.
Got a couple of additional questions, how easy or how long would it take to remove the swing out? Say I need the bed to transport some lumber and I need to leave the tailgate down and would like to leave the tire swingout at home? Can it be done without assistance? Can the HC bumper be ordered first and adding the tie carrier later on down the road?

Removal of the swing arm is easy and can be done with one person. It's a little heavy if you have accessories bolted down and the tire, but can be done with one person. We don't offer the tire carrier separate for customers wanting to add them down the road. Carriers are carefully crafted specific to each bumper that is built. Let us know if you have more questions
