I was debating, but since I didn't have the painted surround to begin with, I figured I'd just buy the whole setup already done (so I didn't fuss around with it) ordered from Bullet Proof Fabrication, they did a nice job, I'm happy with what I got.

I no longer have a voice. Bucks didn't decide until 12:30, to send us all home at 1:30.

The directors made the decision to send us home immediatly. Being the facilitator, I didn't get out the door till 13:15. I just got home at 15:23
My normal ride home is 20-25 mins. Newtown is a parking lot unless you know back roads, and connecting parking lots.

Lol, took me 45 minutes to go 23 miles and I thought that was pretty bad.

Like 8 inches on the roads here.

Well for us SEPA folks - I was really....reallllly hating my truck today. No, not the crappy stock tires. Not entirely the automatic trans(still mad they don't make a manual long bed)....the traction BS.
    Mother.
    Of.
    God.

Make the 'helping' stop! Fortunately, I feel like I'd read, and in talking to my FJ buddy about how much it was sucking, we re-discovered the press-and-hold for 10seconds to fully disable the BS. THEN I was able to have some fun passing everyone (for some reason in the right lane) since they've never seen snow in this state before:facepalm: I felt much better and now will start shopping for my winter wheel/tire setup...Anyone have that money tree?

Of course I'm 2 days off on getting the fluid film applied....now for a car wash....

If your traction control is engaging you're doing something wrong.

I was doing 35-40 in deep snow in mud tires and wasn't having problems.

Also, the "crappy stock tires" are actually pretty good tires for traction in this crap.

    Yep.
Clean 3hr drive home, norm is about 1.15.

Running ditch tally came to 3 trucks, 2 SUVs, 5 cars and a school bus . Some people just can't drive in inclement weather.

My neighbors are both school teachers. When I got home at 1700, they were out playing with the kids and said they let school out at 1100, and some kids had yet to make it home .
