Funny you talk garages. This is happening live.15423379185354606750877680522601.jpg
I just got a small storage down my street so I can have room to build y-pipes. A little more room will make things so much easier!
    Clean out in progress.

This is interesting.. Seems like Scott would've seen this in the data a while back. I've sent him tons of the same types of logs with the Guardian kicking. Not sure why else it would kick on.. perhaps he was looking for other things, but either way, good catch sir!

No prob man. I like troubleshooting. You captured it!
Also he is a busy man with a full time job and whatever else he is doing with URD on the side. So he might not be combing over the data as carefully as possible.

Yeah I don't want to know. I paid 795k for the house and to fix all this and finish the remodel is gonna be over 100k.
If the home inspector wasn't a useless piece of shit and had found some of this stuff I would have lowered my offer 100k on the house.

Unfortunately a lot of the mold was behind wood paneling on the walls. Man my heart sunk when I pulled that down and saw this:

    IMG_20181101_122949.jpg

And this is the corner across from the one above.

    IMG_20181102_111055.jpg

There is basically no structure left there.

Yeah its pretty shitty. I hit my peak stress level last week when I was scrambling to find a place for my family and I to stay since we close on the sale of our condo sometime next week. The new owner won't move in till January when she is transferred to LA AFB. I was trying to rent back but she wanted 2700 bucks (right now my mortgage on the place is less than 800). I offered 1800 but she wouldn't go that low so now she has to pay her full mortgage w/o any help.

In the end it is working out. My mom and her husband are going to let us stay at another house they have been renovating for free. My boss also offered one of the company apartments for us to stay at.

Just need to focus on getting the place fixed and hopefully we will be in by February.

I knew with you being in CA that the house prices are crazy high. When you’re done with the remodel you’re going to have a million dollar home. In 2003, I bought my house new and it was $109k. It’s worth close to $200k now.

One of my good friends moved here from CA. He sold a paid off house for $650k. Moved here and picked up a $300k home and lives mortgage free with a fat stack of cash in the bank.

    Yes it is.

Yeah I keep telling myself it will be million dollar home. I am just thankful I have a good pay job, my boss is chill, and we have a place to stay till its done.
We bought our condo 6 years ago for 217k and its "hopefully" closing next week for 415k.

So this is why a 30 min job gets billed for 2 hours :D

Being in IT i am very familiar with the "Hurry Up and Wait" concept.

I think there's going to be a bankrupt builder soon. How do you screw up that many houses that bad?
