Pretty fucking pissed, showed up to discount and they hadn't saved my appointment in the calendar

 

I wouldn't either.

 

I've had these tires fail to balance at 4 DT locations and they still won't listen when I say I think there's a tire issue

The wheels are fine and ran smooth on the last set of tires

 

Everyone in the lobby can have a show to distract them from the 4 hour wait time !

I left. They made another appointment for Monday. Guess I'll suck it up for the drive to fairplay tomorrow

Mine either. Mistakes happen. Making a big scene in all honesty would make me want to help you less. Maybe that's what working in retail for a few years did to me

 

I just spent 15 minutes on the phone with the manager who promised to personally go over the truck and try to figure out the issues when I bring it in Monday....so we'll see

 

He said unless they deem it a manufacture error or find a safety concern they won't be able to give me any credit because the warranty is not the same for aggressive off road tires

 

I definitely agree if it's been an occurring event. Hoping customers walk out is kind of petty though. Not trying to argue with you it's just my opinion

He said BFG considered them differently since they expect them to get torn up offroad. He was like "I have a 4runner and know how finicky the suspension can be and will give it a real good look over because if the suspension isn't in order it doesn't matter if the tires are balanced"


I was doing my walk-around before tomorrow and retorqued the lugs. One of the ones I just got from @50 amocaT was missing. I am not a happy camper

 

I'm guessing it's not gonna go anywhere and he'll play the "you have a modified vehicle that voids the warranty" since the tires are technically oversized and I have a locked rear diff

 

Whoever's ladder this is is bike locked to the gutter. Amazing

So this dude brings a ladder to your house, locks it to your gutters, and leaves?

 

Yeuhp. I don't reaally care that much but it's shitty they left it blocking my sidwalk with out leaving a note

 

It's a brand new ladder too lol. Zero oxidization and the packaging tape residue is still tacky

 

Guess i can't return it now.
