I use them to add to bread stuffing. I mince them and add the liquid and all. I like them any way they come.

 

I could be the Forest Gump of the oyster world. Like em raw or oyster stew.

 

I once ate 116 at a bull & oyster roast over the course of 5 hours. Along with a couple pitchers of beer, some pit beef sandwiches and other items from the menu. I could eat oysters till I can't move. My nephew started making them Rockefeller at his restaurant and his are phenomenal. Some of the best I have ever had.

Well, for sure have some fried, on a sandwich or a sub roll and definitely some of the stew if it is available. Raw is risky unless it's a pro setup. They are good standing outside around a steel drum with some logs in it and a piece of flat steel half on top and the oysters open up from the heat.........OMG!!!!! Ice cold beers, a hot oyster, and friends!!!!!!
