I've learned in the past if you want reliability don't fawk with something that isnt broke if it runs fine then leave it alone

Yes its definitely drivable. I've narrowed it down to either injectors, wiring, or UCON (tuning). Gonna try the TRD flash and see how it likes that

Changed the plugs about 1500 miles ago. Checked all the insulators on the injectors, cleaned all the connections. Will probably pull the blower off again in a couple weeks and go through the fuel rail piece by piece if i cant get it figured out with the TRD tune

    Troubleshooting info:

Heres what ive done in chronological order:
    - replaced k&n filter w/ paper OEM filter
    - cleaned MAF (old one multiple times, then replaced and have cleaned the new one as well)
    - cleaned throttle body
    - Double checked all hoses from pcv, brake booster, VSV, passenger valve cover vent to intake, fuel pressure regulator, bypass valve, etc were tight and are not routed incorrectly
    - added hose clamp to vaccum tubing from bypass valve to the back of s/c - did not add one to the hose end attaching to the bypass valve, it was pretty tight on there
    - Replaced MAF Sensor (w/ oem denso)
    - recalibrated VSC after lowering the truck
    - removed bypass restrictor jet
    - Changed intake from stock airbox to URD TCAI
    - replaced fuel filter w/ napa gold 3296
    - added fuel pressure gauge (holds 41-42psi to redline)
    - UCON was sent to Gadget and he tested it on his truck for a week; was unable to replicate above mentioned problems)
    - replaced headers & y-pipe (Running no cats)
    - replaced fuel bowl (original got a hole cut in the side during install)
    - racetronix plastic fuel hose upgrade
    - re-installed bypass restrictor jet
    - blew out all connections on injectors, coil packs, ECU, UCON, MAF sensor, & throttle body w/ compressed air
    - replaced both front AFR/o2 sensors (w/ OEM denso)
    - did compression test; #s below
    #6 200psi
    #4 195psi
    #2 202psi
    #5 199psi
    #3 200psi
    #1 197psi
    - replaced all spark plugs with new ones gapped to .032" about 1500 miles ago (denso ikh22)
    - looked over all injector bushings and everything looked normal
    - replaced all coil packs with OEM denso units (was having a p0300 as well as all the individual misfire codes a while back, and havent had any after replacing the coil packs; also had a p0353 that hasnt come back- all of these codes were intermittent and did not occur during the problems discussed above while at WOT)
    - cleaned all intake piping, MAF, throttle body again
    - took ucon & stock ECU out, cleaned all connectors w/ contact cleaner, reconnected, disconnected, repeated twice.
    - cleaned ground near negative battery terminal
    - cleaned grounds on rear section of passenger valve cover
    - replaced toyota ECU

Leans out (not getting enough fuel) on just the passenger bank intermittently when going WOT

But no telling everything controlled by the CPU if it isnt tuned correctly then you'll have nothing but problems

Yeah i though that as well. It hasn't thrown any codes lately though, and i've gone through all the vacuum hoses several times as well. Im thinking, injectors or bad connection somewhere..

Yeah i've though about replacing the injectors with some bigger ones, but they're 500 bucks and i am sick of dumping money into this turd. I may end up doing it though..
