the hesitation is gone. Feels like it pulls better throughout the entire range now. I am having to learn how to "re-drive" it somewhat. Well worth it

Even with the stick shift huh? Like a brand new truck brought into the 21st century?

just better. not sure if others had it or not, but right after shifting into 2nd gear, it felt really sluggish and then took off. That's all gone. Like I said, there is a notable difference. Feels like it should have been that way from the start.

My truck feels like a god damn John Deere tractor riding on a trampoline. Seriously I’ve driven 25000 lb trucks that felt less bulky and bloated than my Tacoma. I need this done

I haven't done a whole lot to mine suspension wise (OR DCSB) and am coming from a 2005 Mustang GT that was lowered and set up for corners. It rode really rough but could turn on a dime and give you change. The Taco, while not a luxury car by any means, is nice and smooth for me. Totally different feeling looking down somewhat on other cars compared to looking up

Interesting. I’d love my Tacoma with a lift... and a mustang gt in my driveway too

Can you tell me which dealer so I can update the map?

Same thing.... can I get the location please?

And for everyone else, if you update the map yourself, don't forget to edit the note and copy a link to your post.

I am trying to run the CUW file and when I do I get this error message. Has anyone else gotten this message? Any Ideas on how to fix it?

1 and 2 are correct. Not sure what to do about 3 and 4.

Hook up a battery tender, it won't go if it senses a low voltage. Punky battery perhaps. Known to happen

I hooked up a battery tender and got the same error. I know the tactrix cable works because I just changed my OVTune from 87 to 91 1.04. Not sure what I am doing wrong.

Did you make sure that TS is using the Taxtric cable to read? That is a setting that must be changed I believe

Wilsonville Toyota. I believe someone else was denied there so not sure why they did mine and not his. Worth a try

That's where I bought my Taco. Was going to use them for my service but heard a couple negative things so I went to Wilsonville. How was it working with the service dept there?

None yet other than LED lights interior, BFG's.
A follow up to my earlier post. After getting denied the first time, I expressed my displeasure in a review of the dealership on dealerrater.com. Didn't think it would go anywhere. I was pleasantly surprised to get a phone call from the service manager Lucas at Dolan Toyota of Reno. After speaking with him, he said to come on in and they would see if they could replicate any of the symptoms that would justify a getting the TSB done. Lo and behold they did the 0125-18. While I didn't notice a huge change (haven't driven it much), I do appreciate the phone call from Lucas and him hearing me out. So at this time I'll go ahead and change the map from red to green as this story has a happy ending.

    Yep.

But, there is a map linked in the OP to help you find a friendly dealer.
