I had my parents over for dinner. We were all kind of cleaning up and I popped open my browser, checked the notification, then started cracking up in the kitchen. My folks were looking at me like I was deranged.

    That's hilarious.

Don't get too good at Photoshop. If they aren't a little ridiculous looking, they aren't as funny.

This is some of your best work, yet.

If you can't laugh at yourself...

There is no shame in my game. That fugly mug is free game for all sorts of shenanigans. Of course, that was before meeting Zach.

I already have to explain "Meat Massage" to a few people. Don't make that conversation even more awkward..

I was just about to get Zach's stuff packaged up. Unfortunately for him, I didn't have the right size box on me. Gives me some time to figure out what else to put in the box. :D

By the way, @WBF610, yours is boxed up, but I had trouble buying the right label at home. I'll take care of that at the post office tomorrow. @Misplaced Nebraskan, give me a day or two on yours. I thought I had the right box, but I wasn't confident in the protection it offered the cutting board.

@Cold Iron and @yota243, your tracking numbers are in your inbox!

To help get that image of me humping brisket out of your head, here is tonight's dinner. Did some ribeyes and baked potatoes on the 26" Weber tonight. Three of the steaks were cut from a ribeye roast. I removed the bones first - that's the hunk of meat in the top right. Not much meat, but oh so delicious bones!

That is awesome. Should have put American Brisket up top and some stuff on the bottom to sort of make it look like a movie poster.:rofl:

I’m decent with PS but you’re better than I am. Lmao

I like no boil. Throw it all in a pan and let the smoker do the work. You can add what ever you want to it bacon, ham or like I did 2 weekends ago a pound of cooked king crab at the end. But you want to make it a bit more juicy when you do that so the flavors will be absorbed and texture correct.

2.5 hours at ~250° don't want to go too long or it will be mushy. Wait to stir until the end. Besides if you lift the lid early your looking and not cooking.

2 1/2 cups of uncooked elbow noodles
    3/4 stick butter
12 ounces yellow cheddar cheese, shred a brick it melts better and less oil
4 oz. Velveeta cheese to make it creamier
    5 cup heavy cream
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp onion powder
    salt and pepper

Yes you read that correctly. 5 cups of heavy cream. You can trust me, I am not your cardiologist. But I did spend 3 years on recruiting duty for shore duty. Twice.

Well you didn't have to hurry! But thank you!

Damn PS hit the 20 year mark recently. Actually hate Adobe more in general. But those Mac heads and PS. They were generally clueless about Apple Talk and preferred sneaker net and floppies. With Mac OS 7.1 TCP\IP was finally there. 8 layers deep in the control panel... Wait my oldest son is level 2 support for Apple now. PS is fine. Mac is fine.

If you don't hate them all equally you just don't have enough experience with them.

 they say no such thing as bad press right?! All good sir on the package. Based on everything else you've shipped I know it'll be done right.

Up at 3 am I decide to check this thread...:annoyed: would this be a good time to fire up the kettle?! :D
    Like damn good!

You should leave that over HERE... At my place. Looks good!

Ha. You're already an enabler with laser products and now a great influence with this :stirthepot: Good call on the info ideas . Next time :fistbump:

What's that old supposed quote from officer manuals...

"Enlisted men are stupid, but extremely cunning and sly, and bear considerable watching."

Enlisted men...... in the army, we had a guy in my company that wanted to go to OCS, and was allowed to take, and took, the test for entry. He supposedly scored higher than our CO, and the CO refused his application as a result. So that quote may not be too far from the truth.

Iowa must have forgotten to pay the heating bill for today... Guess I will have to make these wings in the indoor oven.

23° here which is the high today and down to 10 tonight. Got 3 inches of that white chit and don't feel like shoveling the driveway. Supposed to get above freezing on Wednesday should melt then. But MIGHT shovel off the deck and grills\smoker this afternoon. Have some steaks thawing in the fridge so a strong might.
