Must be the contractors ladder, my cousin says they are required to provide one for the city inspector. Shitty they did not notify me at all about that.

So what happens when a kid tries to climb it and falls off. Who gets sued you and the contractor? Should probably chop the ladder in half to be safe. Last I checked peeps can’t lock a ladder to your roof without telling you.

Did you have your roof done recently? Probably for the inspector. It's required for them otherwise the inspection is failed. Should of been in the contract

Nah I'm sure the contractor will want it. He did leave a box of nails and flashing though so you never know

How do people own brand new vehicles? It hurts bad enough getting in a wreck with an older vehicle. Plus door dings, shopping carts, etc. Seems like it’s impossible having nice things this day and age.

I used to park my truck as far as I could away from any car. Then one pin stripe led to a door ding or 2 but for a 9 and half year old truck I'd say she looks pretty good

It’s nice having a vehicle that already has a couple of door dings. I don’t have to worry about parking in the middle of nowhere only to come back out to find another car parked right next to me.

Well said. Dents, dings, pinstripes...those things happen over the course of owning any vehicle and they dont bother me. Badges of honor and reminders of stupid decisions, but I learned not to get too upset by those things.

I don't know where you're at, but Outer Range has great beer. Just don't eat at the white people Mexican restaurant next door - it is disappointing.

I don't. Buy them old and worn out, give them a little love they didn't get from the prior owner, drive them for another 200k miles

Coming home from the gym. Green Valley Ranch exit off of Pena. Low visibility. Chair just sitting in the middle of the road. Probably fell off a truck.

Swerve right, I likely spin out due to ice. Swerve left, and I cause a crash. Full set of steel skidplates under me.

So I run over it. Chair explodes into a million little pieces. Probably prevented a future disaster.

Person tailgating me didn't follow me after that.
