Okay, i have a 2015 sr5 tacoma v6. I put a 3 inch rough country level kit in it and now have a vibration when giving it more gas than normal in first(only from like 0-10mph). And again once i hit about 25mph to 55mph. The vibration and sound I have from 25 - 50mph im pretty sure is coming from somewhere at the front of the truck. once reaching these speeds the sound/vibration last for about a second and then theres about 2 seconds in between. I had a rough country dealer install the lift but they really dont have a clue what is making the noise/vibration. They did a alignment and the truck drives straight with no issues. Ive seen two different things people have done that have fixed the problem im having. Either install this bushing in replacment of the needle barring on the front drivers side differential? Or putting a spacer on the carrier barring on the back drive shaft. like i said im pretty sure its coming from the front though.. If anyone has any ideas or any questions please let me know! thank you in advanced.

A 3 inch lift will give you lots of vibes, you will for sure need to do the ECGS Bushing fix,and if that dont stop the vibes, then you will also have to do a rear drive line angle fix.Did you install a 3 degree shim under the rear leak packs too reduce your drive line angles ?

I forgot to add that the vibration goes away in four wheel drive all together. I bought a rough country kit for my truck, I know they did a front differential drop because the kit came with one. I have now clue about the back, Ill have to ask them on monday...

Then its your front needle bearing, replace it with the ECGS Bushing and you will be good to go.

Your 3 inch lift is put strain on the needle bearing due too the bad angle of the cv axle shaft. You should of read up on this BEFORE you lifted your truck.1-1.75 inchs of lift is about all the Tacoma can handle without the ECGS fix,Tacomas are IFS 4x4 trucks,as such they don't like lifts

These are not solid straight front axle trucks, which dont have angle problems.

You would need too ask the shop that question, you can use a regular bearing puller also, which is more than likely what your shop will use,and a sock to get the new bushing in.As for the seal, its up too you whether you want to have them replace it during the job.

What does this kit include? Did you have any vibration issues after installing?
