I've been a professional machinist and welder for over 20 years with the last 10 in Nuclear emergency service, I fully understand what it takes to run a successful business. I do not need the money, I bought all this one week because I wanted it. I do however like to take on custom projects and if I can help a fellow TW member with a great custom made part for their truck then I will. Not a rookie or trying to steal business. If you would like to see some of my work in action flip a light switch I've got parts in every Nuclear plant in the US.

And since I've gotten the attention from a vendor what type of plasma tables are you running,I'm looking at a cnc plasma table after the first of the year. Any recommendations?

We get our parts Laser'ed but we have a Shopsabre Shopmaster 5x10 with Hypertherm plasma in our shop.
For a lower budget I'd recommend Arc Light Dynamics or JD2 plasma tables.

I was looking at the JD Squared 4x8 with a Hypertherm plasma. Seems to be the best bang for the buck. I've got a friend that has a few Amada lasers.

The JD2 table seems very nice for the price. And you can't really beat Hypertherm in plasma cutters IMO. I'd go with the Powermax 65 or 85 on the CNC table of your choosing.
More talk about this stuff in the welding thread here on TW :)

I've got a powermax 30, I was looking at the 85 for the table. I've been all over the welding thread.
