Have you guys looked up prices of the stock air cleaner?

The air cleaner assembly is PN 177000P013. MSRP is $735 and can be had for $522 online. That PN includes the MAF sensor which MSRP is $195 and goes for $141 online. If you keep your MAF sensor, then that is a value of $540 MSRP and $381 online. The hose that goes from the air box to the fender well is PN 178820P010. $118 MSRP and $85 online.

Anyway, what I'm getting at is everyone if you assume 50% value of new OEM prices and full price of the used tailgate parts, the value is about equal, so @Darkgoatracer is coming out ahead either way.

 

If I remember correctly I think i sold my stock airbox for about $25 or $50 plus shipping on here lol. Boy did i undervalue that piece of plastic.
