Roost talked me into doing separate banks and I’m glad I did it too.

    @Roostfactor @Athlaos

I noticed while driving today that when i decelerate in gear with my foot off the gas (Deceleration fuel cut off, i believe is what the proper term for it is). Both banks go to 18, which is normal, but the one on the passenger side (the one with the lean issue) consistently drops off to 18 a split second quicker than the driver side bank. Not sure if this is related to the issue im having with the passenger bank, but just an observation. it doesnt always do this, sometimes they both go to 18 at the same time, but if they ever go at different times, the passenger bank always leans out first

That does sort of point to a computer issue to me. Hmm. Still I would be surprised if that's what it is. Did you put a new set of injectors in already since this issue started? I wonder if one injector is just not operating as it should. Could be pulsing down or closing sooner than the others, leading to quicker lean-out when you're off the throttle... Just a brainstormed thought.

I have not replaced injectors since the ones that came with the blower. @Roostfactor has very graciously offered to send me his old set that he knows are good. That is the next thing i am going to swap out after i run the TRD tune for a 1000 miles or so.

I would highly bet it's a bad injector based on what you're seeing. But yes, TRD tuned ecu will rule in or out the UCon.

I would maintain quick disconnects on my personal vehicle as I have found over time that AN connections just leak no matter what if they are aluminum. Really frustrating.

I would love to have a legit fuel pump bucket that is designed for a standard fuel pump though because I was not necessarily happy with modifying the bucket to fit an aftermarket like I did. I haven't had any issues, but still.

Hopefully it's a bad injector. I would love to keep my ucon..

I have found Bank 2 tends to always be a little bit higher in values as far as STFT's and LTFT's go in comparison to Bank 1. You and I have some pretty annoying issues going on with our trucks. Lol.

Better quality AN fittings should do the trick.

Radium has something for a GR engine. I think. Otherwise, you'd have to search Thailand or Australia to see if they have one. Next would be having the rails made.

By the way, I use -8AN lines going in and out of mine. Not -6AN.

I would be shocked if a TRD 455 injector was bad. Those older 668s can be trouble with the ucon. But never heard of a TRD one going bad.

I'm actually doing a little deeper research here and constantly monitoring my STFT's and LTFT's and am seeing a high lean condition at idle, but once I start driving it goes down substantially.

Thing is, everything at idle seems okay, unless the tune has really contaminated my oxygen sensors to the point where they are no longer functioning correctly in idle conditions.

It doesn't matter if I'm running the 2.3 or 2.5 pulley, idle conditions always report similar mid +20% numbers. I can hear the idle lower just a tad every once in a while and then I can see the STFT's go up to +9% for a brief second and then they drop back down to 0-2%

I'm glad to hear you are coming to an end with yours!

    Yep. No me gusta.

The steel ones aren't bad and they don't leak. I wonder if the ones I have bought in the past are just built of cheap old crap aluminum. I can't remember the brands I've bought, but they have been through Summitracing.

I use: Aeroquip(Eaton), Earl's Performance(Holly), or Aeromotive. If it is an NPT threaded end, it still needs a viscous pipe sealant or teflon tape.

Oh yeah it was either Earl's or Fragola that I had used in the past. They eventually leaked.
